You acknowledge that the disclaimers and exclusions of liability mentioned in these Terms and Conditions represent a fair and reasonable allocation of the risks and benefits of the agreement between you and us. These Terms and Conditions shall be read together with the Business Rules of Siri and of the platform, as made available on the platform.
All content included on the platform — such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software — is the property of Siri or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright laws.
The platform and all information, content, materials, products (including software), and services included on or otherwise made available to you through the platform are provided by Siri on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
Any dispute or claim relating in any way to your visit to the platform, or to products or services sold or distributed by Siri or through the platform, will be resolved first by arbitration, as detailed in the platform's Business Rules.
You may use the platform only if you are an Indian citizen, residing in India, and are eligible to enter into contracts under Indian law. Non-resident Indians and non-Indian citizens cannot participate on the platform at present.
In consideration of your use of the platform, you agree to:
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Through the platform, Siri facilitates the buying and selling of gold and silver (bullion). All buy and sell transactions are final and non-reversible. You have the option to (a) sell gold or silver from your platform account back to Siri at the prices shown on the platform, or (b) request delivery of the gold or silver in the form of coins and bars.
You can transfer business deposits into your account using internet banking, electronic transfer, cheque, demand draft, or a debit card / wallet. No interest is payable on the business deposits maintained by you in your account with Siri.
The platform displays the articles available for delivery along with applicable making and delivery charges. Delivery is made by Siri or its courier agent, directly to your doorstep.
The platform facilitates the purchase and sale of 24K 999.9 gold and 999 pure silver with each of its registered users. You can buy or sell any quantity of gold and silver on the platform, in grams up to four decimals.
A registered member can buy gold and silver in any quantity, from as little as ₹50, in grams up to four decimals. Gold and silver held by a registered member can be sold back to Siri at the live prices shown on the platform, not before 48 hours from the time of purchase.
A Systematic Investment Plan (SIP) is a disciplined way of accumulating gold or silver. It enables a member to buy a fixed amount of gold or silver every month. A member can start a SIP with a minimum amount of ₹1,000 per month, and invest in multiples of ₹1,000 thereafter.
